I have now supported and led schools through times of difficulty into happier times, on numerous occasions. Whether you need someone to take the helm, or whether multiple difficulties mean that senior leadership or Governance would welcome support, I can likely help. If you approach me with no obligation, I will tell you whether I feel that I am able to help or guide you through my network to where help may be available.
